PHRL is planning to implement Salesforce.com solutions for Sales, Marketing and Service across the enterprise with over 800 users which will impact more than a million customers. S/he will be responsible for the implementation, managing requests for enhancements/changes and support for the solution along with the implementation partner(s).

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

- Engage the business team in clearly defining the requirements that can be executed by the technical team

- Implementation and rollout of the solution across business functions and geographies

- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices - Implementations include custom platform development, integrations, and complex data migrations.

- Addressing technical issues and assist in user training as required

- Continuously seek improvements in functionality to create business impact and customer satisfaction (internal and external)

- Reporting and Dashboards

- Manage and report license compliance

- Lead development work streams from design through testing and deployment

- Work with the development teams (internal and external) to ensure that the systems meet functionality, quality and timelines

- Define use cases and test cases for development and testing of systems

- Coordinate the User Acceptance Testing and deployment into production

- Institutionalization of solutions across the users

Experience & Skills : 

Mandatory Experience Required - Minimum 6 years of experience in similar capacity in an enterprise or with a CRM company or implementation partner

- Minimum 3 years of experience of implementing Salesforce.com CRM

- At least one full project lifecycle implementation of Salesforce.com

- Project management experience

- Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

- Technical skills (one or more of) - Java, Javascript, SQL

- Exposure to Salesforce Object Query/Search Language

- Knowledge of APEX would be an added advantage

- Experience with Salesforce Administrator desirable

- Knowledge of Salesforce Integration patterns
