About Praxia :
- Businesses across the revenue spectrum require more than one way of access to capital for growth and expansion. Traditionally, Equity and Debt have been the instruments of raising capital for organisations. However, both these avenues have their own limitations and tend to impact the health of the financial statements of firms.
- Praxia Financial Services enables customers to move beyond the traditional means and raise capital economical than Term Loan and without diluting equity. With our innovative Asset based Financing model, we provide customers with options to improve their Debt Leverage, Optimise Cash Flows and secure an Asset light Balance Sheet.
Responsibilities :
1. Pre-Sales :
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the leasing portfolio.
- Create new sales opportunities through outbound emails / cold calls / customer connect
2. Business Development :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans (Cash flows, Demo, Output optimisation) to achieve business objectives
- Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
3. Stakeholders Management :
- Role requires constant and consistent communication with CFO and CXOs of MNCs, Large and Medium corporations
- Ability to negotiate, drive communications and maintain relationships with aforementioned is critical
- Coordinate with finance, legal and supply team to deliver committed results for the customers
Requirements :
- Post graduation (MBA) is preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/BD
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Industry agnostic- but preference will be given to people having exposure to working in BFSI sector; Experience with enterprise sales is a plus
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
