ROLE: Business Development Manager - Learning & E Learning will be responsible to drive Prashaste's growth across sectors & geographies through planning & execution of focused efforts to ensure maximum lead generation & conversion. He/she will also provide inputs to operations team on customer needs identified in order to ensure high relevance of Prashaste's solutions for clients LOCATION: Mumbai QUALIFICATION: Graduate with MBA (in marketing) from a reputed B school EXPERIENCE: 4 to 6 years in selling services/solutions is preferred CTC OFFERED: - Fixed: INR 12 - 15 Lacs per annum commensurate with experience - Variable: INR 6 lacs per annum based on performance & subject to achievement of targets JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute sales and business development strategy and plan - Identify prospects across industries and geographies, Acquire validated data of prospects - Develop a deep understanding of USPs and products/solutions offered by Prashaste, acquire validated data of prospect organizations, generate and convert leads - Partner closely with the operations team to provide inputs on client requirements for product & service offerings - Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics. Develop appropriate metrics and report detailed business analysis to senior management - Study competition and provide insights for improvement and innovation. - Manage complex contract negotiations - Spearhead digital marketing, reach out to the market, engage prospects and generate digital leads - Enhance brand visibility and leverage brand credibility across industries and markets. DESIRED SKILLS - Excellent communication both verbal and written & PR skills - Experience in business development for solutions based sectors would be an added advantage - Result oriented and target driven approach - Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel - High proficiency in operating MS Powerpoint and Excel - Networking skills - Digital savviness - Ability to adopt to the organization culture and value systems - Leadership skills
