Pranjal Corporate Services - Analyst - Investment Banking

Job Responsibility:

1. Conduct preparation of marketing material used in the financing of clients, including of investment memoranda, management presentations and pitch books

2. Doing detailed Company Research, Financial Analysis & Industry Research

3. Development of various types of financial models for debt and equity

4. Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data

5. Develop deep understanding of identified sectors

6. Responsible and coordinate for due diligence, analysis of live transactions

7. Negotiating/Interacting with Private Equity Funds, banks and potential buy side investors

Qualifications:

1. 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial sector/Investment banking

2. CA / MBA (finance) with relevant years of post-qualification experience

3. Excellent MS Excel and Power Point skills

4. Should have experience in preparing financial model from scratch
