Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Software sales experience in the US market
- The incumbent will be accountable for developing and closing net new business/ new accounts in Mid-Size to Large companies by adopting an aggressive value selling approach
- Should be able to meet the Sales target.
- An aggressive approach to penetrate new accounts by connecting and establishing relationships with senior-level executives
- Should be able to forecast accurately the sales closures based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
- Must have a coordinated team approach to work with an Inside sales team to maximize penetration into territory
Requirements:
- This key member must have a minimum of 5+ years of software sales experience in the International market
- Excellent selling skills, probing skills, Negotiating & networking skills
- Good engagement skills to establish a connect with the prospects and create an interest level to take the conversation to a demo stage
- Ability to manage group dynamics, objection handling
- Presence of mind, spontaneity & Perseverance
- Solution selling experience is an added advantage
