- Interestingly, we are possibly the only "made in India" tagged product company to acquire a community loved product from an US Product Dev major (yes, we acquired WaveMaker from VMWare). While we are at doling out more cutting edge products, we also help our clients by solving complex business problems through our high end technology consulting and outsourced product development team (called Imaginea).


- At this juncture, we are scouting for best of the breed technologists, technocrats and everything in between to strengthen imaginea's offering. I would specifically want to understand your interest in exploring opportunities with us in the Imaginea business line. Role -

- In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broaden the company's services footprint within our key customer organizations, primarily a leading Insurance brokerage firm, along with other accounts that may be assigned to you.


- You must possess customer facing skills that enable you to represent Pramati & Imaginea well within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding service deliverables, operational performance and new areas for expansion.


- You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges as you help our customers take advantage of the efficiencies, cost savings and quick innovation by leveraging our services.


- As an Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for one or more customers helping to plan and oversee ongoing operations of business critical applications.


- You will work hand-in-hand with senior executives on opportunities to improve your customers IT landscape. In this role, you will also act as the voice of the customer within Pramati to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of business mission critical needs of our customers.


Responsibilities include:


- Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:


 - Engage with Director and C-Level executives to understand mission needs


- Drive the services footprint within customer accounts and be accountable for revenue growth , Help define IT and business processes that work well with enterprise deployments.


- Leverage knowledge of your customers environments to assist support engineers and service teams in better serving your customers.


- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer leadership


- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning


- Make recommendations on how new Pramati offerings fit in the company roadmap


- Participate in customer requested meetings onsite or via phone


- Know and use all key customer resolution tools across all service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns


- Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment


- Work directly with Pramati's remote location engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible

Basic Qualifications:

- 7+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience of enterprise applications


- Previous customer facing experience as a technical lead.


- Exceptional customer focus and bias for action.


- Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills.


- Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences


- Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Math background highly desired; working knowledge of software development practices and technologies highly desired , Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: - Software design or development

- Customer management on services delivery , Directly owned or indirectly influenced revenue and profitability growth within customer organizations

- Operations Management, Sales exposure

Preferred Qualifications

- 10+ years IT/Technical Industry experience


- Experience working directly with Enterprise customers and talented off-shore team


- Advanced degree


- Experience coordinating with multiple teams and projects in a fast-moving environment


- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly


- Strong written communication skills; this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverable


- High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
