You will be responsible for the following :
- Lead market, User Research; Drive Innovation, Definition, Roadmap Planning, Deliverable Tracking and Product Features to deliver against team and company goals.
- Preparation of detailed feature specs and mockups
- Manage the feature backlog and prioritize the roadmap
- Requires challenging all members of cross-functional team (engineering, business, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.
- Be data driven : The product design and direction should be based on data (customer behaviour analytics, business metrics etc.). Solicit and embrace critical feedback.
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed leanings back into product development process.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to all the stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate has :
- 4-6 years of experience into B2C eCommerce Product Management
The following experience and qualifications are useful:
- Experience in banking home UX design (wireframes, mockups)
- Experience in Market Research, User Research, User Interviews
- Understanding Persona development
- Project management - Agile Product Roadmap Planning
- MBA
