Praman.Ai - Product Growth Manager

- Praman is a marketplace which enables market players to trade after assaying the quality of their produce.

- We are looking for passionate product managers who can help us grow with their innovative growth hacking skills. You will own the product growth part and work with various teams - sales, marketing, product and Operations team to ensure more usage and transactions on the product.

- You will prioritize the channels via which we engage with the users, come up with growth hacking ideas and implement them. You will help Sales & Product teams in taking data driven decisions to help reduce ambiguity.

You will be responsible for the following.

- Running growth experiments (both in app and outside the app) in collaboration with the product, marketing and sales team

- Do market research to find out the best possible ways increase product growth

- Handle product marketing via channels like Facebook, SMS, etc

- Running digital marketing, social marketing and community marketing

- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

- Content creation for each marketing & growth experiment

- Help create marketing collateral

The following are required qualifications:

- Education and practical experience in Product /Ecommerce

- 1 to 4 years of work experience in product growth management

- Detail-oriented and cross-functional

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to influence teams without having direct authority over them

The following experience and qualifications are useful but not mandatory:

- Experience in growth hacking

- Like working in high accountability, high responsibility and highly charged

- Understanding of marketplace

- MBA
