Job Brief
As the Sales Head, you would be responsible for proactively, independently implementing sales strategy for the assigned project / company. As a vertical head, you would be responsible for the overall team performance, capability development and managing key relationships.
You will lead a highly driven team of sales and CRM professionals to identify and convert leads into effective sales and manage relationships towards building a good customer base for referrals. In this role, you will be required to consistently partner with all other Vertical Heads and Marketing Head towards achieving the overall sales revenue and business targets.
Responsibilities- Responsible for creating annual sales plan of the company, sales policies and implementing the same
- Lead the sales and CRM team to ensure effective utilization and motivation of the team
- Provide inputs during the price finalization based on latest market price trends and competition landscape
- Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition
- Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets
- Compliance with regulatory policies processes & transaction procedures
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships (CRM Function)
- Work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support.
- Create strong channel partnerships
- Organize promotional events, CP events
- Manage participation in exhibitions
- Regular reporting to the senior management team
Required Candidate's Profile- Graduate preferably with MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in leading large teams and working in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions, preferably in the real estate sector
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Knowledge of local market dynamics
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
