Pragnya Group - Associate/Financial Analyst - Private Equity - Real Estate Investment

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and evaluation of the investment opportunities

2. Performing extensive financial analysis using sound investment techniques and detailed financial modeling

3. Maintain financial models of all the portfolio companies with detailed cash flow modelling

4. Post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies, including financial & operational performance, preparation of periodic reports for internal & external use, other support required for portfolio management

5. Preparing Investor communication letters

6. Assist in arranging the debt financing of all the portfolio projects

Required Candidate's Profile

1. MBA with 1-3 years of experience in Private Equity, preferably in Real Estate

2. Conversant with investment analysis and business due diligence

3. Well versed with financial modelling, valuation techniques, DCF, etc.

4. Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
