She/he will be a strategic partner to the product and business heads. The individual will own traffic, transaction and certain revenue targets for the business as well. - FMCG + Consumer Internet background with 7-10 Years of Marketing Experience - Ideal candidate-Someone from FMCG base with about 3+ Years- experience &amp; moved on to startup E-commerce/Consumer Internet Organization. Important traits required : - 3+ years of FMCG brand marketing experience - 2-3 years of digital marketing experience - Strong understanding of traditional channels such as radio, print, TV and outdoor marketing channels - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools including but not limited to SEM, SEO, display, Facebook, Instagram, affiliates etc. - Highly data driven and comfortable with conversion funnel and customer journeys - Strategic thinker - Able to juggle multiple projects with ease - Highly collaborative across multiple functions including tech, product and channel marketing teams. - Prior experience and understanding of marketplaces a huge plus Mandatory Skills : Brand marketing, Digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Facebook marketing, Strategic thinking, Offline marketing.
