Sr Manager - Social Media will be responsible for managing and driving favorable business and brand outcomes for Practo across social media channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the role of social media in Practo's media mix
- Define and drive relevant metrics of engagement, positive sentiment & brand recall across channels
- Be in charge of the social media presence and shape and build Practo's brand identity in the digital social media landscape
- Develop and define Practo's influencer strategy on social media by building a strong network of influencers
- Develop a social media content strategy that makes healthcare relevant in an impulse-driven social media landscape by utilizing all the resources Practo has to offer including and not limited to - owned media channels, social listening tools etc.
- Plan and execute a content calendar of social posts & campaigns across social media platforms such as twitter, facebook, instagram, youtube, quora etc.
- Discover and define Practo's content strategy and tone of voice when it comes to social media
- Communication Development: Working closely with agency partners, brand team to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights to build organic buzz
- Define and drive clear brand, engagement metrics across social media channels
- Work closely with product marketing / business teams to develop a model that aligns attributable social media engagement, brand, reputation metrics to business goals
- Respond and engage with consumers on social media to drive positive sentiment across social media channels
- Develop and A/B test various categories of content / content formats across social media channels, to identify the best performing types of content / content formats and scale those initiatives
Must haves :
- Experience in handling hands-on social media and content marketing is a must.
- Love conversations + Love tech + Great storyteller
- Great copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of social media- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat. Understand what makes brands tick on these media, how audiences react. Should live and breathe social media
- Knowledge of Social listening, Analytics & Planning tools
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a social media agency or an advertising agency
- Creative thinker
- Great sense of copy, design and aesthetic
