Head of SEO would be required to lead Practo's SEO strategy and execution across Practo's various business lines.

Responsibilities would include :

- Provide leadership and strategic direction for Practo's SEO strategy

- Identify and channel Practo's leadership towards the next big opportunities on SEO and create business cases to drive profitable outcomes for Practo

- Define, monitor and report the input and output metrics that currently drive Practo's organic traffic across businesses

- Work closely with various teams ranging from content, product, engineering, digital marketing, product marketing, agency to drive favorable traffic and business outcomes

- Drive efficiency of core SEO metrics across the website

- Define and quantify impact of new features on Practo's web pages and work closely with Product and engineering teams to ensure release and tracking impact of each of the features

- Define SEO requirements for engineering on a periodic basis

- Ensure periodic audit and hygiene check reports of Practo's various web properties

- Project manage expansive SEO projects that go across functions

- Own ASO of Practo app across the various business lines

- Develop a model that explains impact of various input metrics (such as search volume, page speed, keyword density, SERP rank etc.) on SEO traffic

- Be the in-house SEO expert who feeds into any new business launch

Must have's :

- Stellar understanding of SEO and its impact on business

- Understanding of ever-changing Google search algorithm

- Ability to thrive in little chaos and bring order to it

- Ability to lead teams through influence

- Overall 10 yrs of experience with 6-7 yrs of relevant experience
