We are looking for a Senior Manager - PR, who can effortlessly manage these complexities and work towards driving a compelling narrative of Practo's mission, its products, and the impact it creates in people's lives both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Creating and executing a robust communications engagement strategy
Creating all content, including speeches, discussion guides, Q&As, press releases, and other support materials
Identifying impactful story ideas, translating them into a wide range of relevant, compelling communications, including speeches, visual presentations, op-eds, etc
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate candidate with the following qualifications:
- 8-10 years of communications experience, preferably in other similarly regulated consumer industries like telecom, food, etc. We will index higher on quality of experience and demonstrated outcomes rather than just the number of years
- Demonstrated ability to create a compelling narrative and communication strategy
- Strong existing media relations, including at editorial levels
- Obsession about every written and spoken word pertaining to or coming from Practo
- Ability to apply Practo's strategy, values, and brand to shape perception and build advocacy both inside and outside the company
- Knowledgeable about broader communications trends, and ability to provide strategic and creative counsel to senior leaders
- Track record of successfully delivering quality content
- Demonstrated crisis management experience
- Metrics and data-oriented
- Strategic thinking, and relentless, flawless execution
- Exposure to government policy and advocacy is a huge plus
- Prior Healthcare industry experience a plus but not necessary
- Tremendous ownership, drive
