We now have an exciting opportunity in the domain of consumer insights and are looking for an experienced campaigner to lead the CMI charter for Practo.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the voice of the consumer in the organisation and lead the consumer insights charter for the company

- Define the research objectives to help solve marketing and business problems - Help key stakeholders to build good research briefs by breaking down their business problem

- Define key metrics and indicators for measurements. Conduct thorough and precise analysis for the defined problem.

- Assist in the development of the strategy and provide inputs on growth engines for marketing, UI/UX, individual business units and the overall organisation.

- Stay on top of the key business metrics, analyse them and provide actionable business insights to help improve business outcomes.

- End-to-end management of research projects and work on special projects to help solve key business problems.

- Keep track of industry changes / trends to capitalise on the emerging opportunities in healthcare

Desired Skill-sets:

- Strong problem solving ability is a must for this role. You will be dealing with a vast and complex set of problems that need to be analysed within the time constraints of business / product tasks, in order to arrive at actionable insights.

- Getting things done' attitude in an individual contributor role.

- Precise and to the point approach; in the numbers you quote, in the workbooks you create and analysis you present.

- Should be a brilliant Moderator - people in the company have the best business context and should lead the conversation with the consumers.

- Experience of 8-10 years in the field of market research with agencies / clients-side (preferred).

- E-comm experience would be preferred.
