Product Marketing Manager would be required to lead product marketing for Practo's highest grossing products to clinics and hospitals. S/he would own end to end marketing of all of Practo's B2B products. Responsibilities would include - Understand needs of various business segments to formulate a robust communication strategy - Formulate and execute B2B acquisition campaigns for the various products and segments, along with the sales team - Work closely with various teams ranging from digital marketing, agency, product and sales teams to meet business goals - Ideate, formulate, manage and improve various B2B acquisition campaigns across various media - Track effectiveness of various campaigns and media - Formulate and execute effective communication loops that ensure high product usage and experience - Create programmes or campaigns to ensure retention - Co-create features and product offerings with product and sales, that help shape the value proposition to healthcare businesses Must have's - - Good understanding of digital marketing - Good understanding of B2B marketing - Strong understanding of lead generation and management - Ability to thrive in little chaos and bring order to it - Ability to lead teams through influence
