Job Description

Role: Product Manager - Clinic Operations

This role will be responsible for productize end-to-end user experience across operated clinics and hospital partners to deliver high-quality surgical care; and to enable the automation for operations processes through tooling/ productizing.

Responsibilities:

- Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback or based on asks of the internal business operations team

- Create & communicate a clear vision for the products with all stakeholders.

- Be in charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, and product marketing.

- Priorities product rollout based on business impact.

- Understand the complete user journey for surgical care cases and identify the touch points that can be productized to provide a great experience to users.

- Collaborate with the Engineering team, Design team and Product teams on development activities.

- Work closely with the fulfillment and operations team to implement tools/ product changes that will help in automating processes

Desired background:

- Ability to understand and analyze user needs and conduct market research. Create and deliver on product vision, goal, strategy, and roadmap

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in solving for omnichannel user experience in past roles is highly desirable

- Strong zero to one thinking and ability to come up with innovative solutions

- Keen attention to detail and ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts to define customer experience for all customer-facing features

- Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to lead without authority

- Ability to organize, manage, and priorities tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria:

- Should have hands-on experience working with Product teams for a minimum of 4 yrs - working closely with Product, Design & Engineering, on actually building the Product.
