Job Description : We are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager for our medicine delivery and diagnostics business. The business is in a very nascent stage right now and we are looking for enthusiastic marketers to own &amp; drive the growth of the category. Responsibilities: - Prepare and execute business plan/strategy to be one of the top online pharmacy players in the country - Own brand salience for Practo in pharmacy and diagnostic business (TOM, SPONT, NPS, etc) - Prepare &amp; track month-on-month growth plan, marketing budgets, and critical success metrics - Collaborate with Product Manager, Supply Chain team, and other stakeholders to solve day to day business challenges - Drive top-line growth of the categories through various marketing interventions &amp; acquire a new user base for Practo for the said business - Drive retention and repeat purchase to drive profitability and increase the LTV of the users - Work with agencies and internal marketing teams to launch campaigns and performance marketing activities - Own the complete merchandising, pricing, discounts and communication for medicine and diagnostic business - Ensure a positive customer experience for a higher NPS by working with the supply chain team, customer service team Must-Have: 1. MBA from tier 1 institutes with minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles such as product, category, growth &amp; brand roles 2. Good understanding of digital marketing 3. Flair for creative communications 4. Ability to think out of the box and drive frugal customer acquisition 5. Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
