Responsibilities includes but not limited to: - Warehouse setup and operation - Setting up warehouses for epharmacy supplies - Own the Fulfilment/ Procurement, Margins of epharmacy supplies - Builds processes to drive efficiency in key areas- Cost and Scalability: assessing cost structure for assets utilization, manpower planning - Works closely with product team to build a world class warehouse management system - Creates performance metrics for Fulfillment centers and drive it through the warehouse managers Execution : - Executes processes/ interventions through regional fulfillment teams - Own the last mile delivery through interventions with third party logistics - Own the Order management process from Order verification to delivery People & Partnering: - Manage leaders of Procurement, Order management and delivery teams - Tracking productivity targets across operations activities - Improve performance and process adherence for ops executives by closely working with the design teams Qualifications and Experience: Experience: - 6 -8 years of experience in a Operations / Operations Excellence role with at least 2-3 years in ephamacy supply chains roles would be desirable - Proven track record in Operations design/ strategy role in tech led B2C brands - MBA from top tier institutions would be preferable - Experience with high-growth startups would be desirable - Experience in planning and leading process reengineering interventions at a large scale would be desirable Desirable Traits and Skills: - Deep analytical thinking and problem solving abilities - Team player who can be a manager of managers - Lead supply chains for ecommerce, fmcg, food delivery companies. - Deep expertise in Operations management and dealing with complexities - Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity - Highly structured in thoughts & rigour towards execution - Good people partnering and collaboration skills
