Responsibilities : - Defining B2B marketing strategies: identifying target customers, developing propositions, and shaping pricing and positioning. - Driving lead generation, nurturing, and conversion across inbound and outbound channels, including email, social, search, referrals, and partnerships. - Collaborating with design teams; optimizing product messaging and UX to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Building lifecycle marketing programs to retain customers, implementing best practices in CRM and automation. - Designing and implementing tracking plans, reporting on product and commercial metrics. - Collaborating with sales and operations teams to optimize sales cycles, operations and processes. - Informing sales collateral - including pitch decks, tearsheets, and presentations - with consideration for techniques in negotiation and persuasion. - Being hands-on with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools. - Formulate Insta's expansion strategy and play a pivotal role in expanding it to many more countries.
