Responsibilities :   - Complete ownership of the product performance  - Define and own vision, mission, and goals  - Come-up with long term product strategy  - Competitor analysis, and be up-to-date with market trends  - Identify product requirements based on market research and customer feedback  - Prioritize requirements and communicate a clear Roadmap to all stakeholders  - Establish key success metrics for monitoring product performance  - Timely shipment of releases in collaboration with Engineering team  - Work with marketing on product launches to maximize business impact  - Work with the Sales team to maximize product distribution  - Monitor product adoption and communicate progress on adoption goals with all stakeholders  Desired background :   - Minimum 4 years of hands on product management and technology experience mentioned below  - Experience with top EMR/EHR or Clinical Data Interchange products will be a plus  - Experience in implementing top EMR/EHR products in large hospitals  - Ability to understand and analyze user needs  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills  - Keen attention to detail   - Ability to communicate clearly, and good interpersonal skills  - Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks  - Prior experience working with engineering through complete product lifecycle  - Prior coding background will be an advantage  - Mobile product experience is an added advantage
