Responsibilities:  - Preparation of Consolidated statement of accounts and Finalization of financials of individual entities.  - Preparation of yearly budgets and reviewing them on a quarterly basis   - Comparing budget Vs actual on a monthly basis and analysing the reasons for variance  - Preparation of Monthly Financial and Non Financial MIS reports - Separately for all entities and business segments.  - Preparation of Monthly sales and income as per revenue recognition concept  - Projections for P&L, balance sheet - monthly forecasts and variance analysis reports.  - Filing of VAT, TDS, and Service tax returns on monthly / quarterly / half yearly basis.  - Payroll & Incentives  - Handling Statutory audit for all the entities  - Tracking collections through the daily collection report and approving the sales on a daily basis.  - Preparation of cash flow and funds movement on a regular basis.  What we are looking for:  - 1.6 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.  - Qualified CA (Mandate)   - Should be strong in excel skills  - Handsome working knowledge on Tally  - Good communication & inter personal skills  - Should be a very good team player  - Self starter
