PracticeMock - Business Unit Head

Responsibilities:

- Lead product, marketing & growth, content, operations and customer success teams

- Design business goals and strategies to ensure the good health of the P&L of the business unit

- Build a team for our next phase of growth

Requirements:

- Minimum experience of 6-8 yrs in business management.

- At least 2-3 years of work experience in the Edtech domain (Government exams space preferable)

- Bachelor's degree & MBA from a premium school (preferable)

- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

- Ideal candidates who have been startup founders in the past or have led marketing/growth.

- Exceptional business acumen, business development and sales experience, and cross-functional understanding.

- Strong communication and decision-making

- Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus.

- Excellent communication and people management skills
