Practice Unit Head - Mainframe Legacy Modernization

- At least 4 years of experience in Mainframe technology consulting, Mainframe architecture and legacy language experiences

- Excellent knowledge of Portfolio level views of an Enterprise, Distributed Architectures and Hybrid Enterprise architectures involving multiple technologies and platforms

- At least 5 years of experience in the design and delivery of large scale and complex projects, and working with global teams in a distributed delivery model

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the defining architecture of large scale mainframe projects

- Knowledge and/or experience with one or more Mainframe Modernization tools such as BluAge, TSRi, Innowake, Modern Systems, Heirloom Computing, Raincode etc - Knowledge and/or experience with at least one or more Mainframe Modernization tools such as:

- Micro Focus Enterprise Analyzer

- Micro Focus Enterprise Server

- IBM ADDI

- IBM Rational Asset Analyzer

- Micro Focus Enterprise Developer

- IBM zD&T
