Position: Practice Manager - MSR Pricing

Location: Bangalore

Requisites:

- Management Degree from IIM - A/B/C with specialization in Finance

- Post-MBA experience of at least 1 year

- Experience in banking industry preferred

- Exceptional analytical skills and logical reasoning

- Good knowledge of Corporate Finance/ Fixed Income Markets

Responsibilities:

Part of the investment team, investing in Mortgage Servicing rights. To be involved through the entire investment cycle

Investment process

- Evaluating various investment opportunities related to mortgage servicing rights

- Working closely with other teams to get the pricing inputs and validating assumptions

Post investment monitoring and analysis

- Designing portfolio performance reports and metrics

- Maintaining details of collateral performance
