Practice Manager - IOT - Auto Domain

- Managing small team for POC and IP.

- Leading the team technically

- Pre-sales for the Auto IOT

- Heading Auto group for project execution and general management

Role Requirements:

- The candidate should have 15-18 years of experience in IT outsourcing industry. He/she should have worked in product engineering domains - automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, medical etc.

- Knowledge of auto domain is a mandatory while that of any other domain will be plus.

- Last 3-4 years he/she should have worked in digital automotive connected car, autonomous car, fleet management, logistics, connected transportation, connected infrastructure, post-sales support for auto etc.

- The candidate should have sound knowledge of cloud and infrastructure , mobility, AI/ML applied to auto domains.

- Project execution and people management should be the base skills. In recent years, the candidate should have worked in technical business development, pre-sales and customer interactions.

- The candidate should be a technical person with the info on the current state of the art in connected car domain

- Knowledge of Technology (does not mean experience in each of these topics)

- Language : C, C++, .NET, Java, python ( any one or two are okay, Java and Python are preferred) should have been a hands-on coder sometime in his/her career

- Technology : Basic embedded Intel, Freescale, Qualcomm, Infineon platforms for IoT, RTOS and embedded applications

- Communication CAN, Wi-Fi, BLE, ZigBee, RFID, NFC, LTE-Cat M, NB-IoT, basic of 5G

- Cloud : Azure, AWS and the corresponding IoT Suites like IoT hub

- Mobile application : Android, iOS, Xamarin/Ionic, Phone GAP

- UI/UX, DevOps :

- Analytics: AI (Logic programming/Expert systems) - Rules engine and their use in voice interfaces predictive analytics, supervised and unsupervised machine learning. Should know at least one ML package (OpenCV PyTorch or TensorFlow) reasonably well.

- Auto domain Overview of auto electronics, diagnostics protocols, modem and GPS applications, telematics, Android Auto etc.
