- A practice manager plays an anchor role in the team. Leading the team from the front, he / she is responsible for the overall deliverable's of the team, overall satisfaction and retention of clients (client relationship management, candidate relationship management (those which consultants are unable to manage) and hands-on development of team members in terms of technical and behavioral competencies.

- Extensive use of the computer and the telephone, significant number of client visits

Internal Stakeholders : Director of ACH, Consultants, Sourcing Team, Head of Market Research
External Stakeholders : Clients and Candidates
Qualification Required :
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed college with 6 - 8 years of experiences
