Drive and position iCashPro as the leading Internet Banking and Cash Management Platform. Key elements:
- P & L Ownership which encompasses Development and Execution of the strategy, Revenue Management, Product and Roadmap Management, Key Account ownership, Customer Satisfaction and Delivery Management.
- Strong external and internal advocate for company's Transaction Banking Platform. .
- This is a leadership position. Groom and mentor team members Business Analysts/presales consultants. Create and instil a strong knowledge base and expertise on iCashPro platform across the company..
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University Degree. Banking and Finance Major
- Total experience of 20+ years managing the product line at a strategic level in IT organizations.
- In-depth understanding of technology & operational needs of Internet Banking & Transaction Banking
- Experience of working with customers in APAC or MEA markets. Capability to guide the Practice into new Geographies in the coming years.
- Strong Revenue focus and working knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
- Is able to influence customers to adopt the best practices and internal stakeholders in the interest of customer satisfaction
- Leadership track record of leading and motivating teams
