- Hiring Practice Leaders for a top-notch Recruitment Firm in Bangalore. Looking for Candidates with team management experience.

- To build and maintain relationships with clients, manage & build key accounts, manage team, execution of mandates within the industry verticals in the global market.

- Responsible for day to day interaction with client/HR business partners

- Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner

- Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them

- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment

- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies

- Should have handled PNL

- Would be handling a small team and they will be having their individual target also.

- Should have worked on senior roles of 1 cr or above.

- Good in Analytics
