Practice Leader

JON DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Business Development and Sales support to targeted Client Accounts primarily in US.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ROLE:

- As a strategic member of the team contribute to growth and development of the business and practice

- Contribute to marketing activities and development of new service offerings.

- Bring best sales process practices to the team.

- Ability to pass market and customer feedback to delivery and practice teams

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstrated ability to manage $5-10m revenues in a fast paced services environment preferably in Information management and BI. Good Understanding of Business Intelligence, Data warehousing and Information management.

- Analytical and ability to understand and plan for numbers

- Prior experience on working with sales and account management and offshore / geographically diverse teams is a definite plus
