Practice Lead - Travel Person profile: - 10-15 years of work experience with International BPO and /or consulting organizations with at least 8 years as Practice Lead - Travel - Experience of working with entities in US, UK, Europe geographies. Job role will require 1. Very strong domain knowledge and understanding of cutting edge technology used in travel domain. Very good understanding of travel industry trends and growth paths. 2. Lead solution for RFP, RFI, and RFX. Participate in scope discussions, solution approach and due diligence workshops with internal and client stakeholders. 3. Prepare the cost estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan 4. Work with internal teams to create the solution proposals, clearly articulating with themes, differentiators and value proposition. 5. Work with the internal technology and alliances team to build and increase operational and solution capabilities. Lead cross vendor discussions to discuss and craft the final product. 6. Direct and coordinate with Legal & Commercial and Pricing teams in areas specific to the solution to ensure use of standards. 7. Ensure compliance to the solutioning process, tools, and procedures.
