Practice Lead - FinTech

Our client is a leading Financial Technology unicorn.

Role :

- As the Practice Lead-Professional services the individual will be responsible for solution delivery for a specified region/set of customers

- Lead delivery of multiple large multi-year projects in an agile, iterative model

- Hire, manage, and nurture the best fitting talent for the objectives of the organization

- Monitor and optimize the cost and quality of the deliverables

- Establish and ensure adherence to appropriate billing and revenue realization practices

Desired Experience :

- Minimum of 15+ years of large scale enterprise customer project delivery

- Experience in IT services companies or professional services team of enterprise product companies

- Should have been directly involved in growing the practice to at least high double-digit or higher revenue

- Experienced in successful implementation/adoption of agile/lean business practices
