- This is a very senior role who will be leading the complete DevOps Practice

- Should have good technical & people management skills

- Should have experience working with global customers

The Role : Our requirement is for a DevOps Evangelist to join us and lead our growing DevOps practice, by driving and enhancing our capability within the market place.

The Opportunity :

- Works as a consulting team lead in the development of technical solutions related to DevOps

- Acts as an Evangelist of DevOps, both to internal teams and external customers

- Contributes to developing innovative ideas and principles around agile IT delivery

- Incubates and provides delivery oversight for DevOps projects

- Apply proven knowledge of technology alternatives and generates leading edge technical solutions in agile IT delivery and DevOps

- Develops long range objectives and plans of action that affect one or more teams

- Designs and delivers enterprise-wide DevOps solutions to our customers

- Serves as a DevOps subject matter expert on new sales opportunities

- Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members

The Person :

- Out and out DevOps Evangelist, with experience of having built / set up a DevOps practice(s) for an IT services organisation

- Experience of designing and delivering enterprise-wide DevOps solutions

- Experience of developing innovative ideas and principles around agile IT delivery

- Cloud and Automation solution experience would be of real benefit
