Practice Lead - Data Center Solution Architect - IT Infrastructure

- We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect with hands on experience in solution - design, deployment, configuration and management of Data Centre IT Infrastructure on Collocation, Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud model.

- Who is a self-starter and can work in a dynamic environment.

- You will be responsible for designing solutions for migration of on premise or collocated Applications to Converged / Consolidated Infrastructure and/or Cloud and implementing the same.

- The role holder will work closely with Geo aligned IMS Pre Sales and IMS Practice Tower leads, SME's and Bid managers depending on the stage of an opportunity.

- Build detailed solutions in response to RFPs or proactively using Agile Infrastructure Technologies, Automation & Autonomics

- Defend solutions in front of clients

- Act as advisor to clients

- Prepare and demonstrations of Client Data Centre and Cloud solutions

- Prepare high level and low-level design documentation

- Use Agile Infrastructure Technologies, Automation & Autonomics

- Engage delivery teams on Data Centre & Cloud technologies

- Data Center Solutions Stack (Compute, Storage, Network, Security, Middleware, The Web, Backup, Process, Compliance, MA, HA & DR)

- Cloud ( AWS, Azure, Rack Space)

- Hands on experience in Setting up fully functional Software Defined Data Center Infrastructure, Compute, network, storage, backup, HA/DR, solutions on IAAS, PAAS, SAAS.

- To act as an expert, evangelist and architect building, proposing and demonstrating Data Center, Cloud based designs to customers.

- To build, guide and assist implementation teams in implementing Data Center, Cloud based solutions

A total of 15 + years of experience of which :

- 5 + year in building DC and Cloud Solutions

- 10 + Years in supporting DC and Cloud Solutions

- At least 3 successful implementation cycle experience on AWS and Azure

- BE / B. Tech degree preferred

- TOGAF or Equivalent Architecture framework Certified Professional

- AWS / Azure Certified Architect Professional

- Certified Data Centre Professional

- A well-organized self-starter who delivers assigned work on schedule while managing multiple tasks under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Capable of writing systems documentation and procedures

- Can-do and enthusiastic attitude toward work and customers

- Excellent knowledge of Datacenter and Cloud Technologies
