Job Description:
- A challenging role for the IT Testing & Quality Assurance (QA) Practice Head, responsible for building and overseeing the Testing and software Quality Assurance competency. Define, implement and manage best in class software testing strategies that enable our client to deliver highest quality business solutions, on time and within budget
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership in the area of software testing, quality assurance (QA), test automation and other testing disciplines for business solutions delivery
- Develop and implement testing strategies that involve unit testing, systems integration testing, performance/load testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Enable and drive the development and execution of automated testing tools and the usage of the same needs to be encouraged in the testing cycles to reduce cycle times in programs
- Define and implement test strategy at an end to end level within and across business segments
- Mentor, train, develop and serve as a Test Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the testing team
- Develop process/ guidelines to ensure effective adherence to improve existing test processes with a view to simplify. Ensure all the checkpoints in the delivery process are met
