Practice Head - Retirement Services - Insurance

Job Description

- To consistently work towards strongly establishing the domain footprint across geos and developing it further by winning new logos

- To independently lead the Retirements services Practice and Centre of Excellence for Insurance Vertical

- To grow the Business for the company's Insurance and develop offerings with respect to Retirements

- To build and lead a team of domain experts / Consultants and facilitate expertise wherever required

- To contribute in the overall revenue target for Insurance through demand creation and fulfillment

Experience Required - 

- 15+ years of extensive Insurance experience across different geographies and sub-domains especially Retirements Services ; at least 7-8 years of experience in Retirements Operations / Sales/ Solutions / CoE and similar client facing roles will be preferred

- Excellent knowledge of Insurance and Retirement concepts with a global overview

- Good knowledge of Insurance-Retirements regulatory requirements, performance standards, performance measurement, Industry benchmarks etc.

- Solutioning bent of mind is preferable with ability to analyse and represent problem statement from business perspective

- Well equipped with drivers, trends and impacts currently affecting the global Insurance industry, technological trends, competition capability and solutions offered in the market

- Innovative thinking and capability to carve out niche areas of interest for Insurers and ideate solutions and frameworks

Qualification:

- Post Graduate - Relevant degree/diploma in Insurance/Finance

- Domain-related Certifications in Insurance/Retirements

- Geo-based Insurance/Retirements certifications will be an added advantage
