Manage & guide financials & enterprise performance competencies within Oracle practice, including :
- Lead the solution integration and proposals involving multiple competencies and orchestrate large deals for Oracle practice
- Design & execute internal and external marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads in Oracle ERP service offerings
- Develop & maintain Oracle practice related collaterals and case studies including website and Oracle partner sites
- Conduct market and customer research and develop customized pitches and presentations in collaboration with sales
- 15+ years of experience in implementing & supporting Oracle ERP preferably in engagement or project lead role
- 5+ years of experience in leading large presales pursuits in implementation or support opportunities
- Experience of end to end solution and proposal integration from pursuit strategy to response preparation and orals
- Knowledge of either Oracle Financials or Mfg./SCM product family
- Exposure to Oracle cloud products and offerings across SaaS, PaaS & IaaS and their market positioning
- Exposure of working with Oracle Sales and Presales teams including pricing and license sales
- Excellent communication skills with experience in customer management and senior management interactions
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across peer practices delivery and sales
