Practice Head - Plant Operations

Designation - Practice Head

Location : Bangalore / Vadodara / Chennai

Experience: 18 - 25 years

- Bachelors / master's degree in engineering.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in managing P&L and Delivery in MOM /IndX.0 services

- 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Discrete / Process / Batch)

- Experience in techno-functional services in MOM / IndX.0 / consultative services

- Experience in plant operations including production planning / scheduling, production operations, quality mgmt., KPIs, digital principles, control systems, real time aspects & so on.

- Experience in IndX.0 and Digital Mfg systems - MES, QMS, RTPIMS / Historian, Automation systems like PLCs, SCADA, DCS, OT systems and IOT / IIOT platforms

- Understanding of Digitalization principles, Digital Thread / Twin and relevant integration with various systems (ERP, PLM, SCM.)

- Experience in handling P&L and operational levers of a delivery unit. Demonstrated experience and a track record of delivering MOM / IndX.0 services in Mfg Industry.
