Practice Head - PD

Around 20 years of experience in VLSI Physical design ( Digital) domain with good communication skills.

Location: Bangalore

Should be able to scale the PD practice by actively engaging & enhancing the competency of the current team members and hiring in new team members. Mentoring and contributions to training programs in domain

Should work with Pre-sales & Delivery teams on preparing technology road map presentation, new service creation & pro-active solution pitch relevant for customer business needs and account expansion. Support in RFP response and proposal defense in Physical design domain

Good understanding of Physical design concepts , Various Design flows, Good experience in TSMC and other foundry flows & led programs in Physical domain areas as Full chip lead. Has good experience in the lower geometry nodes (28nm and below) Chips . Worked in Complex Soc Designs. Good exposure to all EDA tools sets.

- Drive innovation aspect in the team and encourage white paper / patents creation in the team.

- Should take responsibility of being a technical reviewer for some of the Verification programs and ensuring completeness of deliverables

- Good team development capabilities, good Team building skills. Able to work with various other functional leads - DFT,DV etc
