Practice Head - Oracle Financials & EPM

1) Job Purpose :

Manage & guide financials & enterprise performance competencies within Oracle practice, including:

- Develop capabilities in Oracle Financials & EPM product including Cloud offerings

- Lead presales pursuits & provide solution architecture for proposals in collaboration with onsite practice managers & sales teams

- Assist in complex solution architecture in existing delivery engagements in collaboration with delivery managers

- Develop tools and accelerators for accelerated adoption & automation of Oracle ERP applications

2) Person Specification:.

- 15+ years of experience in implementing & supporting Oracle ERP applications in areas of financials & EPM

- Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials modules including SaaS versions and new releases

- Knowledge of Oracle EPM products and technologies highly desirable

- Experience of managing teams of 100+ associates in project delivery or practice role

- Excellent communication skills with experience in customer management and senior management interactions

- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across peer practices delivery and sales
