Skill: - - AS a leader of Machine Learning Group, as part of the corporate CTO organization works on forward-looking projects in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, and other artificial intelligence technologies. As the Head of Machine Learning Group, the candidate is expected to: - Define the long-term direction for the group, execute on it, provide overall thought leadership and grow the unit. - Design, analyze, and build modular learning architectures that can process, analyze, and model massive amounts of structured and unstructured data (e.g., text, images, video, and speech) from a wide range of domains such as Banking and Financial Services, Health Care and Life Sciences, IoT, etc. - Keep abreast of latest developments to provide advice and hands-on experience for a targeted set of high-value business applications. - Quantify the essential trade-offs within various approaches, libraries, and learning models, especially in the context of client projects. Responsibilities Level 15+ yrs Qualification B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / M.S. in Comp. Sc / MCA or equivalent Job Responsibilities - Proven experience as a software architect - Experience in software development and coding in various languages (preferably open source, Java, Python, R, C++) - Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture - Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods - Familiarity with tools like MATLAB / Julia / SageMath / Scilab / GNU Octave / Maple / Wolfram Mathematica etc - A technical mindset with great attention to detail - High quality organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication and presentation abilities - Presales &amp; proposal writing JD- - Have 6+ years (in Machine Learning) of hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence solutions. - Design, analyze, and build modular learning architectures that can process, analyze, and model massive amounts of structured and unstructured data (e.g., text, images, video, and speech) from a wide range of domains such as Banking and Financial Services, Health Care and Life Sciences, IoT, etc. - Keep abreast of the latest developments to provide advice and hands-on experience for a targeted set of high-value business applications. - Quantify the essential trade-offs within various approaches, libraries, and learning models, especially in the context of client projects. - Lead the efforts to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end robust at-scale, enterprise-grade machine learning solutions for Persistent and its clients.
