Responsibilities:

- Head the IT Infra services for the organisation

- Build the Go-To-Market Strategy for Infra Service line keeping in mind the team capabilities and market reach. Charters the roadmap for the SL keeping an eye on the changing technology and market place developments

- Work with Sales / Marketing functions toward lead generation and closures

- Lead practice development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of/with all necessary company resources

- Building a positive & collaborative work environment for delivery workforce, possessing cultural awareness and sensitivity

Desired Profile

- Should have 15 + years of experience in IT

- Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure services

- Expertise in combination of technology, marketing, customer segmentation, innovation, significant knowledge of business and economic environment, industry trends and issues

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of forecasting, revenue reporting and project management financials are required
