Job Description:

JOB TITLE : Practice Head - Dynamics CRM

LOCATION : Noida

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create strategy, business plan, build team and drive the business; lead the Sales, marketing as well as solutions/ delivery team.

- Identify the industries/ verticals to focus on.

- Must drive account hunting and account farming activities.

- Understand the Industry trend, challenges and requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong academic background. Candidate would be a management and/ or engineering Graduate from a good institute

- Overall work experience of at least 10 + years with relevant exposure in CRM business.

- Should have leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial zeal to set up a new business.

- Strong written and oral communication with proven track record of interactions at CXO level

- Experience with strategy, business consulting, process innovation or best practices
