Job Description: Looking for a Practice Head, who will be responsible to own the Data Engineering Services Practice. The role requires to lead the team of energetic data consultants who are having varied experience and exposure to the data world, also to extend and enable the team. The person (he/she) would be responsible to work closely with various team members to get the successful project deliveries, GTM Solutions and futuristic POC. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead, Manage and mentor the team to get successful deliverables - Setup best practices and standards, drive the practice with technology roadmap, trends and future needs - Form a CoE within Practice to build Solutions and Proof of Concepts from GTM perspective - Asses the team and enable the needful to make them the best in class - Closely work with Sales Team on Proposals, solutions and strategies to Meet the Target Numbers - Work with Marketing team on collaterals - Work with Recruitment Team to build the necessary team - Work closely with OEM Team to work on customer use cases - Enable Sales Team, Presales Team and Customer to make them success. - Explore and enable on Technologies related to Data World - Responsible to run the profit center. - Should budget & plan for the investments required in building and running the practice. - Work towards organization goals. Basic Qualifications: B.E. / M.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech Should Have / Be: - Global exposure - Technology aspirant - People Manager - Customer Facing / On-site experience - Deep understanding of Data / information world - Good Understanding / Work experience on Data Architect, Modelling and Transforming. - Expertise on Data Handling at various scales & BI
