She has :

- Around 25+ years of experience managing a practice of Insights and Data.

- Should have experience and understanding managing large Datawarehouse/Data Lake/ Viz projects

- Have a good understanding of any of the hyperscalers/clouds from data perspective

- Managing a large practice 4000+ people

- Delivery Leadership & Governance

- Experience interaction with client to position offerings and working with accounts to ensure staffing , risk coverage and provide leadership

- Accountable for Utilization, Team satisfaction, forecasting working with accounts

- Single point of contact for all needs in India (Point of contact for NA, APAC, CE, UK)

- Good consulting and value proposition skills

- Focus on People aspect, Solutions that could be taken to market

Our Ideal Candidate should have:

- She will have at least 25 years of experience in Insights & Data.

- A Bachelor's degree is required.

- Ability to roll sleeves

- Ability to establish immediate credibility among his/her peers, a professional who is respected for his/her intelligence and technical expertise

- Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the professional staff, senior level executives, and the business community at large
