Practice Head

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our valuation and business modelling team. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 3-4 associates and support in advising clients on various valuation, financial/ business/ credit modelling and other related matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing valuation and business advisory work prepared by the team.

- Reviewing various quantitative and qualitative analysis work.

- Managing and delivering project work for partner review.

- Writing/ Reviewing external and internal reports that set out our findings and recommendations.

- Building client relationships.

- Driving the development of new business.

- Supporting with client proposals and pitches

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing final presentations.

What you need to be in possession of :

- CA or a CFA (USA) with more than 5 years of experience in valuations

- Be in possession of a qualification in accounting or finance studies. Economics, banking and finance qualifications will be considered.

- Be highly numerate with strong attention to detail.

- Possess excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- Have strong reporting skills and ability to clearly convey complex concepts (e.g. accounting, financial, economics).

- Be a team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
