Our clients Digital Enterprise business unit is focused on the penetration of Digital services and solutions for several of its Fortune 500 customers. Digital Enterprise offerings span services and products in Big Data, Mobility, Cloud, AI & Robotics, Social and Digital Marketing.

The Digital Marketing Practice Head is a key member of the Digital Enterprise unit and will be a savvy experienced individual passionate about Digital Marketing domain and technologies to drive the Digital Marketing services business growth across all geographies. This person will require deeper understanding of modern-age Digital Marketing trends and strong experience in marketing solutions with deeper understanding of industry leading Digital Marketing technologies.

As a Digital Marketing Practice Head, you will be shaping the future direction of Digital Marketing services through continuous interactions with industry analysts, building strong relationships with Chief Marketing Officers of customer organizations and building strong alliances with industry leading product vendors.

Our client is looking for highly talented individual who is recognized as Thought Leader in Digital Marketing services along with excellent network in CMO communities.

This position is based in Santa Clara, CA | New York, NY

Responsibilities:

- Define, Lead and Execute the Digital Marketing services business strategy across geographies

- Develop new offerings in Digital Marketing services

- Provide Thought Leadership to our customers in new-age marketing solutions

- Provide Digital Marketing solutions for business development teams across geographies

- Build strong competency and capabilities to service in this domain

- Support to delivery teams through best practices, trouble-shooting and building strong delivery teams

- Collaborate with industry leading product vendors in Digital Marketing (Adobe, IBM, Teradata, SAS, Oracle, SAP, etc)

- Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance.

Skillset and Experience:

- A proven leader with strong Digital Marketing services experience for 15+ years

- Strong experience in Digital Marketing strategy consulting, marketing product implementations, marketing analytics & insight services, analytical models for marketing, multi-channel campaign execution and managed services for Digital Marketing

- Very good understanding of industry leading "Digital Marketing Technologies" - IBM Unica, Teradata Aprimo, Adobe Neolane, SAS MA, Adobe Analytics / Omniture, Webtrends, Teradata CIM, Tealeaf, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, etc

- Strong understanding of "Marketing Processes" including Enterprise Marketing Management, Campaign
Management, Multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Social, Mobile, Online, Search), Marketing measurement and optimization and advanced analytical models in marketing
