Role : - Practice Heads/BU Heads to build and develop a Sales Force/Service Now/SAP/Java/QA Practice. - Primary responsibility of the role would be to grow the practice(s) from what it is today (Which is nothing to get excited about) to a mutually agreed upon size. The whole nine-yard i.e from a LEAD to SALE and everything in-between. - The Practice head would be a person who would be responsible for getting numbers on that technology or practice from across industry verticals, so it is mandatory to have complete command over that technology(s). Responsibilities : - Practice Development - Identifying needs, creating offerings, hiring folks, marketing the capability, building skills, harvesting learnings etc - People Development - Attract, retain, grow expert consultants. Take care of career development, people management needs, developing skills etc - Financials - Being responsible for Revenue and Gross Profit targets.
