Practice Head - Business Intelligence & Analytics - Analytics Solutions Firm - IIT/NIT/BITS

- Total experience of 18-21 years of which a minimum 15 years should be in Business Intelligence and Analytics space.

- Experience in Consulting, practice building and setting up COE desired.

- Should have extensive experience in Big data and other disruptive technologies.

- Exposure to Europe / North America market mandatory with understanding of market trends, new business opportunities.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering from a premier institute.

- Understanding customer needs and defining futuristic offerings in the Data Management and Analytics space

- Engineering platform architectures covering aspects of infrastructure, commercial software, open source, user experience

- Define strategies to take platforms, offerings to the market and in integrating RFP responses with offerings

- Collaborate with other technology components like ESB, ERP etc across Industries like Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, Manufacturing in defining and building integrated platform offerings

- Develop methods and practices to publish white papers in websites, forums, analyst firms

- Strengthen the practice's solution developing and IP creation through progressive thought leadership in the area of analytics

- Serve as a subject matter expert with thorough understanding of Hexaware Analytics Consulting offerings and delivery capabilities.

- Build senior level advisory relationships with new and existing Hexaware Analytics clients and convert these relationships into long term projects in Analytics.

- Leverage a unique and disciplined approach to developing new business in support of aggressive growth plans developing strategic plans for new business opportunities, market expansion, and product development.

- Actively participate directly on consulting assignments and interactions with the client and delivery team.

- Continue to innovate to continuously improve the quality and differentiation of the Hexaware Analytics offerings.

- Assist in the recruitment, development, and mentoring of new associates in the Analytics consulting practice.

- Work collaboratively with Hexaware verticals and external partners globally to operate effectively.

- Experience in developing IoT offerings would be an added advantage.
