Work Location : Mumbai

The Role involves:

- Work with leadership in shaping the growth of the practice while leading all aspects of team development, including identifying, attracting and developing talent.

- Play a major role in business development efforts

- Represent the Organization in a client facing capacity, presenting actionable recommendations to solve challenges across diverse problem sets

- Architect sustainable big data platforms while identifying gaps and opportunities to improve on existing solutions and processes

- Proactively research and evaluate emerging and evolving technologies

- Lead projects through the entire lifecycle from design to delivery, taking advantage of flexibility in technology and approach

Job Requirement:

15-18 years of overall experience in Data Warehousing, Big Data & Analytics

- Exceptional leadership, management and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit to help build and grow the business

- Experience building teams, including attracting and developing talent

- Previous consulting experience in designing, architecting and implementing big data solutions that leverage Hadoop ecosystem technologies

- Proven track record of success in supporting business development efforts

- Must be innovative and a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives on deadline

- Strong background in one or more of the following areas: data architecture and engineering, data governance, data visualization, data streaming, data quality management, and data value realization

- Hands-on, large scale, software development and integration experience using Java/JEE technologies

- Intellectually curious, reliable, and flexible team player

- Passionate about delivering quality

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics or related field

- Travel may be required
